Hubwoo Announces Availability of New Customer Training Space

Continuing to drive usability in order to help customers improve user adoption, contract compliance and savings

PARIS – April 8th, 2015 – Hubwoo (Euronext: HBW.NX), a leading provider of comprehensive spend management and business process automation solutions, today announced the immediate availability of its new Customer Training Space.

This new announcement comes as part of Hubwoo’s continued commitment to its customers, by providing people, process and technology to help them realize the full savings potential of their source-to-pay investments whilst helping them achieve procurement process excellence throughout their global operations.

Hubwoo’s Global Customer Support Team provides around the clock, multi-lingual technical assistance and training services, as well as a named account advocate who is responsible for the success of customers’ operational goals and initiatives. The Support Team is pleased to announce the availability of a new Customer Training Space designed to provide customers with increased access to quality instructional material, course schedules, and expanded contact information.

Hubwoo’s Customer Training Space gives registered users access to three core areas: Hubwoo’s Training Library, which includes a wide range of training materials; Hubwoo’s Training Calendar with registration links for live training sessions; and a Contact Page that provides a full list of phone numbers for Hubwoo Support.

The Hubwoo Training Library houses a range of diverse training materials such as interactive training videos, quizzes, presentations, and recorded training webinars, all of which are available in English, Spanish, German, and French languages. In an effort to simplify the selection process, users will be presented with material based on the language setting in their browser.

Self-contained video learning modules provide menus and video controls that enable the customer to browse and navigate their way to selected areas and topics covered. The Training Library provides an engaging and hands-on approach to learning with interactive quizzes that test the user’s knowledge.

Hubwoo’s Training Event Calendar provides customers with increased accessibility to browse training schedules online and register via links in the Calendar. The training sessions are live and are provided free of charge in local time zones for Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Americas.

Lastly, Hubwoo’s Customer Support Contact Page lists all Hubwoo standard phone numbers by country and can be accessed through the Customer Training Space.
